It is a feminist themed science fiction convention in Madison, WI.

I will give it this: "Feminist" in the name does keep a lot of the worst dudebro assholes from coming.

Instead you get really awful internal disputes, the type that occur when all parties mean well and are working towards equality etc. Too much talk about safe space vs. safer spaces, and internal argument.

Also, a shit load of the self righteous. The lack of dudebros is pretty awesome though.
