December 2011: A typically terrible social-trend article in The Atlantic called "The New Full Frontal: Has Pubic Hair in America Gone Extinct?" sparked a flamewar on f_fa, in which a pubic epilator claimed oppression, then, when repeatedly told she was overreacting, invited another nonny to "run along and write a nice poem in praise of your rampant snatch."

 

Gentlefailers revived this topic three separate times in the massive "Opinions you actually have but get you called a troll" wank on the same post.
