In late October 2010, a nonny said, "I wasn't hurt by [Amanda Palmer’s] ‘Evelyn Evelyn,’ but I was pretty disturbed by how blatant it was. Usually it has a flavour of insidious concern, like ‘the boy with an arse for a face’ documentaries."

 

A little more than a week later, another nonny was inspired to write a very tasteful fic about The Boy with an Arse for a Face — an orphan named "Cheeky," and his little friend "Dickie," who had a penis for a nose. The fic contained facial anal sex. Meme reception was tepid.
